suchiru @medicscooby I was just about to message you today. When you click on the tracking it says “arriving late”. Everything I shipped even days after yours have all Arrived 😟. I am sorry, I am not sure why it’s delayed. I can try to call the PO and see if I can figure it out.

suchiru @medicscooby you are correct it shows feb 2 - departed Richland, WA and feb 4 - departed Spokane WA. I had 4 packages shipped that day, everything was received on Friday. I will call today and see what I can find out

suchiru @medicscooby I just called the 1-800 number but did not get to speak with human. They transferred me to Virtual assistance where it gathered all the information from me and opened a case to investigate.

suchiru I have the case number and they have said they will respond back in 1-3 days. I am now trying to call the local PO to see if I can at least speak with a human being to see if they can see what is going on.
