acccloset @toivwoman Hi, Poshmark contacted me and said you had opened a case in these boots. I am hoping it's a mistake but I wanted to reach out to you and see if something is wrong. I inspected the boots thoroughly before packing them up and I've never had a complaint so I'm very concerned. Please let me know if the boots were damaged or something!

toivwoman @acccloset the boots are marked as a size 7, not a size 8 as described in the listing. I always wear a size 8 in bean boots. I actually have another pair of these boots in blue in a size 8. So, I did try on the boots, just in case, and they are definitely a Bean size 7.

acccloset @toivwoman Oh my goodness! I am so surprised to hear that because I have several other pairs of Bean boots too, and they are all size 8. I usually wear 8.5 in regular shoes, but the boots I sent you fit me, the same as the 8s. Anyways I am really sorry that they don't fit you, I have no idea how that happened!

toivwoman @acccloset wish I could figure out how to paste pictures in my comments and I would send you the label. This stuff happens sometimes, don't worry, I know it was a mistake. I am normally a 8.5-9, so I could get them on but my toes were at the very front and they would not be comfortable to walk in. Would have loved for the size 7 to fit; they are gorgeous boots in this color. Wish they had been 8s
