i need help ! i bought a pair of nike shoes from this seller @liam_magee last week and poshmark released the funds to him , i messaged the the seller and his not responding anything and i know he saw my message cause it says he was active 18 hours ago …. i’m new to this site so i don’t know what to do

@mmakuro hi. did you accept the order? once you accept it is a done deal. if there is anything wrong with your purchase you need to make a case and not accept the item so phosmark can get involved. if you don't mind letting me know what the issue was?

@posherstyles i make an offer and he accepted so i paid for the shoes but in poshmark policy’s said when you make a purchase , they don’t release the payment to the seller until you tell them you’ve received your order as described…
So i’m confused cause the seller got the money and like i said i contact the seller 2 times and his not responding i even told the seller that i would report him . I didn’t get no email of shipping or nothing ….

poshmark does release the funds to seller after 3 days if customer did not accept order. you have 2 days to report that item was not as described to open a case.

@mmakuro no you have to get your purchase. did it show it was delivered? that is what poshmark goes by and once it shows Canada post delivered item then you have 2 days to refuse item if not as described and the open a case with poshmark. when it told you the item was delivered did you let poshmark know you did not get your package? I have been selling on Poshmark for 2 years now and have never had any issues..well at least not yet...

@posherstyles no delivered and not even an email saying anything about shipping the item that’s why i contacted you , the guy his not even responding to my messages very sketchy………
i bought 2 items last week and both sellers responded to my messages and both they send me a track number from canadian post office , the other guy his not saying anything after a couple of messages…

@mmakuro that does sound weird. when you order an item it shows you once the items starts shipping with the tracking number so you can keep track of the item as well. are you comfortable giving his poshmark name. I can look him up as well. did you not even get the message from poshmark that your item has been shipped
so you could keep track of it? sounds fishy

@mmakuro I would for sure make a report to poshmark. letting them know he sold you shoes and did not get them. you will have to use the posting of the sale area where it shows they were delivered and at the bottom you will see the area to contact poshmark. his closet looks a bit sketchy, he never shares and ony has 1 item for sale and one sold. are the sold ones the runners you bought?

@posherstyles yes the red high top nike shoes i make an offer for $165 and he accepted total i paid $210.69 dollars , i already made a report to poshmark, they shouldn’t release the funds !

@mmakuro ok if he accepted then check your purchased items area and does it show that they were shipped? along with the tracking info? and does it show a date when it was delivered by Canada Post? that is what Poshmark will look at. I really hope someone did not steal your package when it arrived? once seller dropped off to Canada post, the seller has no more control on the item, it is a Poshmark issue. I really hope you get this solved. so sorry you experienced this.

@posherstyles I am also new to this app, as I explained to him in a message I didn’t have notifications on for this app and I have never made a Poshmark sale before.. this is all new to me as well, it has been 3 days.. the shoes were dropped off at Canada post today. And fyi I don’t/haven’t received and ‘funds’ until the shoes are delivered.. thanks and sorry for the confusion also for being “sketchy”

@liam_magee hi thanks for the clarification, I am just happy your customer is getting his shoes. I would advise to read the posh etiquette area so your more familiar about when to ship items sold. and use the Poshmark app on your to get notifications faster. happy holidays
