staceyaugustin @annie0494 I’m filling a investigation with the Post Office next week after the Holiday. That’s what Posh told me to do. Then give the complaint number to Posh. Was it in a box or just a package? That way I can tell them what they are they are looking for.

staceyaugustin I am so sorry. I put all my packages in one location in the house so my husband doesn’t see everything I ordered. I have all kinds of boxes and bags from QVC & Poshmark. I was cleaning out that area and found the sandals. I’m so happy I found them because I love the color. Please for give me for all the hassle. Did you receive your money? I want to make sure. Again I’m sorry for the confusion. But so happy I found them!!

I have sold many pair of Tory miller it is first time to hear that happen so quick that surprises me too as well. At this time, I don’t have any better idea to help or handle this but if you like still try to send an email to posh mark team and see what their respond is.
