kcloveshearts @kylasian99 it’s a swimsuit they are supposed to be flexible. The measurements given are personally done by me so I know the exact sizing. Please follow the measurements next time to make sure it fits 👍🏼

kylasian99 @kcloveshearts I've sent it back. Is there anyway I can get a different size or a refund? ? It doesn't fit? All of my other clothes and swimsuits are a medium I don't understand why this one doesn't fit:( I'm really disappointed.. it's a pretty swimsuit though

kcloveshearts @kylasian99 oh no! Please contact Poshmark immediately to let them know you sent the package off already. I’m hoping they can give you a refund. Usually you’re supposed to wait until Poshmark approves a case if you’re not satisfied with the way something fits, then you may be refunded and have it sent back. Please contact them 😓

kcloveshearts @kylasian99 no they usually take 4-5 days to respond. Depending on the issue. At least you got it back! 😃 I’m surprised, usually you aren’t able to get items back.

kcloveshearts @kylasian99 there are no exchanges on Poshmark unfortunately. That’s why I advise customers to read the measurements to avoid disappointment of an item not fitting.
