global_fashion1 Hi Kyla, Thank you for your feedback for the Tencel shirt. I had 4 of the same item from the manufacturer. 2 of them with tags have been sold. This Large and a Medium are without Tag. I should have updated the item description from NWT to NEW after the 2 NWTs were sold. I promise that all the 4 items are brand new from the manufacturer and they have never been worn. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you ! I will improve my items descriptions going forward.

Don’t insult me, I never accused you of intentionally sending me something faulty. Who knows, you could’ve. Have a little class. No one is out to get you for a $40 jacket.

kylamcadams @its_a_posh_life you had duplicate listings still active e and updated days after my purchase (which leads me to believe you had duplicate items). All photos were exactly the same. In my mind, you had two jackets and pictured only one, but duplicates the listing for each piece. Either way I have better things to do then argue.
