mermaidsmirror @micki1994 there have been a number of delays right now and unfortunately it looks like the palette became stuck in a loop. I contacted my local post office yesterday and they are keeping an eye out for it so I can pick it up. It’ll get here one of these days lol! Thank you again.

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 Hey Micki thanks for reaching out. I know it’s crazy! I talked to my local post office yesterday and they said that usually this is due to an issue with the address. Do you mind just confirming that you sent it to the correct address? I guess the next step will be a claim with USPS for lost package…grr!

micki1994 @mermaidsmirror boy you sure are amazing for being so understanding thank you so much I appreciate that more than I can say it's crazy cuz I sent it off the next day or the day of it was a speedy return what I did was I printed off the address that you have on file here with pus Mark so it was the pre printed label to the address you have on file I could go back through my emails and find the one that went to you and confirm the address give me a little bit to go back through my emails

micki1994 hey there it may go against policy to post personal information here for safety. can you look to see what address do you have listed for delivery with poshmark? what I can do is I can also call USPS and give them the tracking number and check this out for you as well

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 Oh it’s no problem! I understand that the issue isn’t your fault, I feel bad that Poshmark probably hasn’t paid you yet for this sale, all because of a third party out of both our control, uggh! I just checked and the address is correct, I was skeptical when the guy told me it was probably the wrong address, because I’ve never had a problem before with Poshmark

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 the last time I checked it’s being held up in Philadelphia, I’m going to give it until Monday and then try and see what my next steps are with them. Maybe if someone at the Philly distribution center can look for it that would be nicer than me having to submit a claim lol

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 I just checked Poshmark support to see what should be done when a package is lost in transit, and they request that parties wait 10 days from the last tracking scan to contact Poshmark for them to investigate. I also read on a forum that when this happened to a seller both parties were fully refunded. That’s reassuring!

micki1994 @mermaidsmirror well I'm glad that you confirm that they have that address correct and yes I'm noticing that if there is an issue people are refunded that is definitely reassuring I'm not worried about getting paid until you get your package

micki1994 I'm really having a lot of fun with this and haven't had an issue yet I'm sure that they will find the package do you think it would be helpful for myself to call them as well the document that kind of stuff to the tracking order shipping problem

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 lol I’m glad you’re having fun with it 😆 honestly at this point I would just go through Poshmark, sending something to USPS or trying to call them will likely end up getting stuck in a sea of other correspondence. I filled out their “where’s my package” form a week ago, no response 😕 I think they try to be a headache on purpose so people avoid them, lol!

micki1994 @mermaidsmirror hey there good morning I hope you have an amazing weekend I just wanted to let you know that I called this morning first thing to the United States Postal Service and checked in on my tracking number and had them document some things to go with your case number on this package and the spokesperson I spoke with said that he was sending the information to the district office to get them involved so just wanted to let you know that I lit them up this morning LOL

micki1994 told them that it was completely unacceptable for a priority two-day mail package that was sent out on June 21st to still be delayed in transit and not delivered yet by July 10th..... I hope you get to have a beautiful day in the sunshine today

mermaidsmirror @micki1994 last I heard from USPS, they were going to alert their regional office in Springfield (about an hour or so from me) to keep an eye out for it and deliver it. That was 7 days ago ugh 🙄 But thank you again and I’ll let you know when I hear from Posh support.

micki1994 @mermaidsmirror I have not heard anything since that last phone call I made to USPS they said they made a note on the account and we're sending it to the regional office I can't believe that it is just stuck somewhere in a facility I would assume at some point when they find it they send it to one of us yes please let me know what Poshmark says
