kylaelz Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Was the apartment number listed? Sometimes if those aren't clear my apt building will send it back (ugh!). For some reason I didn't receive a shipping notification either so I didn't alert the mailroom to be on the lookout if the apt number wasn't there.
