Hello. Sad face already. I mailed the incorrect package to you today. It is in a white off-white shoebox. Will you please return to sender? If there are any cost involved I will make it right. I will mail your Shoes tomorrow and they will be packaged in a pink box. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and will include something extra in your shipment to try and make up for it.

@keh001 I mailed your shoes today. I paid to ship them myself and wrote PINK on the white postage. The package you received had jeans in them. I am a new Posher. Lesson learned, pay attention to detail. I reached out to the customer who was to receive the jeans. Hope you can return to sender with no issues. If so please contact me and I will do whatever it takes to make it right. It was truly an accident and won’t happen again. Nevertheless I hope you enjoy your shoes. They are on the way.
