jennhowe Hey Kyle, I run a full time business on poshmark and to leave a 1 star rating for an issue that could have very been easily solved with a return request on your end, is unsavory to say the least. I take care of any problems any of my customers have and would have been happy to do the same for you. You should consider simple communication next time you have a problem while being a patron of small businesses.

kcerrington @jennhowe Thats rude. I think my review was pretty accurate. I praised the item, said it was nice, (I actually said it was perfect) as well as saying delivery was prompt. Not sure where “sound like the person who gets off on one star” comes from when I have bought over 50 items and never once left a review under 5*, but when an item is mislabeled with the wrong size, and I cannot send it back, I have thrown away $25 and the seller has done a bad job and so it deserves 1*

jennhowe @kcerrington actually you COULD HAVE SENT IT BACK, which is why poshmark offers a return when items are not accurately described. Not my fault that you didn't make a claim in the time allotted or make ANY attempt to reach out before you left such a bogus rating without any chance for me to correct it, so for that YOURE the one at fault. I'm not rude I'm letting you know you acted wrong, and you could have done it differently. Happy holidays !!!!!

jennhowe I "deserve" one star for sending u a shirt with a big discount in perfect condition that you DIDNT BOTHER to ask for measurements on, abd DIDNT BOTHER to file a claim in time allotted? ( cause I know you tried and then got mad it was too late and decided to take it out on me.) Ok, that's fair, seems logical. You should learn how to talk to people because it will get you a lot farther and prob would have gotten you a refund from me.

kcerrington @jennhowe I don’t need measurements. 90% of the clothes I wear are J Crew, so if the shirt was labeled correctly, i know it will fit. Don’t get all high and mighty about how you gave me some hugely discounted shirt, it’s used, you’re not doing me me some huge favor. This is what happened. I accepted the shirt when I got it. Then tried it on and noticed you labeled it wrong, and then they wouldn’t let me file a claim and return it. Label your stuff correctly if you want better ratings

jennhowe @kcerrington they wouldn't let you file a claim because you decided to sign up and use the site and not follow the protocol. You have three days in which to accept and file a claim. You could have 100% returned it, or If you were a human being and reached out to ask ME an actual human being, not a store, and I would have done something to make it right.

If you feel it's appropriate to just throw out stuff like that after 50% of it was your fault, and it's a site with "used" clothes then why are you behaving like I'm Nordstrom and how could I? kcerrington @jennhowe I know you seem to be still foaming at the mouth about this, but the simple facts are had you posted correct pictures (the 1 picture of the tag has it Folded just perfect so you cannot see the word slim) or put the correct sizing down, none of this would have happened. I never would have bought it, I would have bought something else, received the other item, given 5 stars like normal and moved on. I always accept Immediately so the person gets paid
