Hi, I started wrapping the shoes in preparation for shipping. I noticed light fracture-type cracking in the white part of the shoes by the ankles. These shoes have been sitting in the box and obviously not a good thing. I can either discount these shoes or cancel the order. I extend sincere apologies for this. Please let me know how you want to proceed. Thank you.

If they were for you as a spare pair of shoes, I wouldn’t be as concerned. But, as a gift I don’t know. Maybe as a spare pair for him? If you still want them, just cover shipping and I am happy to gift them to you. I am truly concerned about the cracking area. Or, I can cancel the order and let you find something else. I feel really badly about this.
