smirn_off_7 @kellyk72 heyy Im very new to this app and have only order a handful of items and I have a question about something and was hoping you could help.. I was going to check on the location of where my item was and when I went to click on the tracking number I accidentally clicked the button saying ur items has been shipped and now I'm having trouble undoing that and it won't let me track my item anymore do u know how to figure this problem?

crowsgrove @smirn_off_7 hi there! If you go to that purchase and click onto shipping/inquiry it will take you to a screen that you can contact support. They will see that it is actually still tracking and reset it up for you to track.
