gbck3 @kylecorfman Everything was tested & worked before being shipped, so I’m confused. I’m not saying your wrong. Can you please give it another try when you have time? You might’ve done it this way, but I always remove the right side earbud first after it goes into pairing mode. Also, since I couldn’t find the original instructions, I followed the steps online. Ultimately, if you can’t get the right side to work, I’ll refund you.

kylecorfman It's connecting just fine, this is an exact replacement for my previous pair which got wet, so I'm familiar with their operation. The right bud will charge and light up and is recognized by the Bose app but the controls and sound are not functional. I will test them some more after leaving them plugged in and let you know.

gbck3 I just want you to know that I’m not on this site just to make a profit. I just love audio devices, and reselling the ones that aren’t perfect for me allows me to find the ones that are. I’ve been on your end with a non-functional product that I’ve gotten stuck with before. I’ll never be that guy that does that to somebody else. If there’s a problem, it’ll be followed by a solution.

gbck3 Let me know when you are available to resolve this. I'd seriously like your one star rating removed or edited. If you want to send them back for a refund, I'm pretty sure there's still a warranty on them. Or if you see a different pair that I've listed, you can swap within the same price range.
