kkubacki @beanle yes I was. I just had spin the dial a bunch of times and have the jeweler clean out the battery space and it worked. He said that leaving a dead battery in the watch for a long period of time can do this to the watch. Thank you again for your concern and just know that I am overall satisfied with my purchase. Sorry I didn't comment on your page, I'm new to poshmark and didn't know if that was acceptable to post things like that on your home page.
