kymama2 @beautifulxo i was wiping it down before i sent to make sure it was perfect for you. I was using a cloth with and some water only thing I can think of is maybe cloth rested on it. I didn't double check in the am before shipping and that's my bad. But i didn't realize it would leave any marks. I am very sorry didn't rwalize it would leave a water mark. I was just tryin to wipe It down. I'm so sorry. Maybe if u clean it it will be fine. I'm sorry I didn't re check before I shipped. :( SO SORRY

becs_closet2 I'm so sorry idk what happened but someone else purchased the bag. I woke up this morning to an email saying the bag had sold, I'm still very new to the app and learning how everything works and thought the only way to sell something was if I approved it or whatever.
