kylieheatn @mcp214 my apologies. I wasn’t aware of anything before I packaged it. I always inspect products before shipping. Does it look like that package had any damage to it?

mcp214 No. The box appeared fine. I am guessing it may have been from rubbing the inside of the box since it wasn’t wrapped. I tried to wipe it off but it won’t come off.

kylieheatn @mcp214 I’ve never dealt with a situation like this. If you are unhappy with the product you can contact customer support and I think they issue you a prepaid label to ship it back. I sent them a message as well.
