kycmosher @lililavender I only mentioned the fitting thing because I had very recently just tried on a brand new pair in a store and they fit tighter. But I also realize that’s something a buyer of used clothes should expect (and that the seller wouldn’t necessarily know). Overall you did a lovely job! The packaging was a very nice touch.

kycmosher @lililavender 4 stars is still a very good rating. While I encourage you to follow up with customers to see what you can improve on, I do not think it’s appropriate to chastise your customers for giving you ratings less than what you deserve.
