I'm not sure what you were missing but I woukd have been happy to answer any questions. The cleanliness, the bag was new and stored in a tote with no damage. The ship time was right on time, 2day as provided by the Poshmark postage. I mailed it on the next business day after your purchase. I hope this clears up any of your concerns.
