I’m very sorry that you seem disappointed.In my defense,I didn’t know I could pull out the insoles.I would have wash them also.I did take the time to clean the shoes nicely with a toothbrush.I also don’t feel that I misrepresented them.There wasn’t a picture of the insoles.If a potential customer asks for more pictures I always post more.I think that the shoes were a huge bargain.If you would like, you can return them?I want you to be happy with your purchase.
