Have u tried turning your device completely off for a full minute and then start over? For an offer or purchase, you do from the closet page at the bottom right corner of the item? You could also write to Posh...have u done that? Maybe something is happening from their end.? I would even get on the phone & walk u thru if you wanted?? What a bummer.??? Leslie

@kay94563 so sorry this is happening..it’s Monday, they will get to you today. May well be a system glitch. If owner operator, I can help you..been here since June 2015. Writing them anymore won’t help unfortunately. They just answer one at a time in the order they come in.
