sweetknela @psuparent Hello I was the one who sent you the Disney Dress instead of the black purse. I am so sorry, it is the first time this happens to me. I mixed the 2 labels. The Disney dress belongs to the person that received your purse. I am waiting to hear from poshmark to see if they are going to return the items to me so that I can send them back to you and the other buyer or if they are going to send you both a label so you can send her the dress and she can send you the purse.

sweetknela @psuparent Hi, Poshmark already answered and you should have already received or will receive a new shipping label so that you can mail the Disney Dress to the correct buyer and this buyer will get another label to mail you the black purse. Again, I am so sorry for the label mix up. If you see anything else you like from my closet make me an offer and I will give you a very good discount. Hope you get your purse soon.

sweetknela @psuparent I still haven't heard from the other buyer. I feel so bad. If you like anything else in my closet send me an offer and I will change the price to 0 so you can get it for free. It doesn't matter the price. I can ship it to you tomorrow. If you eventually get the purse you can keep that one too.

sweetknela @psuparent Hi just wanted to let you know that I am still trying to contact @nipalook the one that has your purse. She has not responded to any of my messages. I also contacted Poshmark to let them know that you were so kind to send her the dress but that @nipalook has not done the same. Remember you can get anything from my closet for free in addition to keeping the purse if she ever decides to ship it to you. I will let you know if I get any news. Thank you for your patience.

nipalook @sweetknela. Yes me too. I don’t have a car because I was in an accident. I am sharing a car. My uncle just died and the next day my other uncle died. I don’t have a printer and had to catch a bus to print out the label. Then had to walk to the post office with my two year old. I have made purchases but I am still new to this app. I hope next time you are a little more consider it since I didn’t make the mistake. Thank you for your patience.
