lanatee Hi! I bought the Calpak backpack from you several months ago and I had a question. Do you know when the original purchase date of the bag was? They have a one-year warranty and one of my straps is kind of tearing (my fault for overpacking it). I was just curious if it was still under warranty so I could contact the company.
