hunchabean I’m so very sorry for your experience. I’m not sure how it happened. I will absolutely refund your money and I’d like to pay for the dry cleaning, also. My sincerest apologizes. I’m willing to do whatever I need to turn this around. I’m really sorry. Please let me know what the cleaning cost is. I know it’s expensive. You shouldn’t have to pay. Penny

kmcdaniel86 @hunchabean Hi- the two rounds of dry cleaning have only cost about $10. I haven’t picked back up from the second round but I’m hopeful it will be wearable now. Thank you for following up to make it right, You are the first seller Ive had do that. Let me know how we move forward.
