betterblonde @eaglesesgles hi I just received a case review from tradesy regarding the bag. I'm very confused as I definitely described it accurately and included multiple photos. What seems to be the issue?

eaglesesgles My measures were quite different with a bottom length of entire bag 14.5" and a depth of around 9". Pics also didn't show how it was that much bigger. Unfortunately it's much too large for me. I'd like to return. Thank you.
