It is absolutely inappropriate to rate your like new condition purchase from me as a three because you say that it does not fit like a “true 16.”
Before you made the purchase, you had access to accurate measurements in the posting.
The garment had never been worn or washed, which is obvious from the sheen of the fabric.
Do the right thing and go back and edit your rating.

Even when I am asked, I never, ever comment on whether or not something is “true to size”. Every single garment, even from the same designer may vary. That is why I provide accurate measurements - so that buyers can compare to favorite garments in their own closets.

I'm happy to accept the Coach shoes back. You got a great deal for a virtually brand new pair of Coach flats. I would suggest putting them next to an item that is nude, and you will see that they are indeed pink.
