ellehart69 I am so sorry about that. The jeweler probably didn't snap it back in all the way. I have several snap backs just line the back up and push with both thumbs until you feel the snap. Please let me know as soon as possible if it worked.

ellehart69 Again I am so sorry. I feel terrible about it. I always do a final check of my items before I send them out. I didn't notice the backing being loose. Hopefully it can be snapped right back into place. I had that watch and three others that were inspected at by my jeweler when he replaced the batteries. Please keep me posted. I want to make it right.

lolorunnisomo @lmatthis hello there. I have received the dress and though I do notice a bit of peeling at the neckline it’s nothing unbearable. More notable however are several cracks in the fabric on both dress sleeves and in various places throughout the dress. And while the fabric of the dress is not in excellent condition, the style of the dress is quite stunning on; so for this reason, I’ve decided to keep it. Thank you.
