Hi, I just saw your rating. I'm sorry I did not notice the plastic barb...as the manufacturer attached the original tag there isn't much I could do about it as a seller. Is the jacket beyond repair? I wish you would have opened a case instead of leaving a less than stellar review, I would have happily taken the jacket back.

This is my first Poshmark purchase, so I do not know what you mean by opening a case. Please explain. If you had noticed the plastic barb and had represented the jacket with the barb, I would not have written this rating. The jacket is not beyond repair, and I'm going to wash it by hand to see if I might be able to close the hole during the drying process. Thank you for your comments and for the lovely jacket.

@lbb1125 When you receive an item that is not up to par you can open a case in Poshmark and initiate a return. Poshmark sellers should be rated on communication, shipping speed and packaging. A tag left by the manufacturer is not something that a seller can really control, so most would rather that a buyer open a case and return the item instead of receiving feedback that is less than 5 stars. There was a card included in your package that stated this.
