mdmeg Hello, I appreciate your feedback. I wish you would have contacted me before giving me a 1 star rating! I’ve seen many pairs of Sorel Boots and never thought they were unauthentic. Some brands are manufactured in different places which could affect the quality of the item. I do not sell unauthentic items. It’s important to me to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Hope you are able to have a better experience.

lminerva86 @mdmeg I am SO sorry I thought I was just rating the boots themselves, and not you as a seller! I am still figuring out this app! If there is a way I can change it, please let me know! I have searched for my rating to change it, but I don't know how to do that. I live in Alaska, and I've only seen the kind with removable liners. they are a lot smaller than my locally bought sorels in the same size.
