beautifullyen Hi I wanted to speak with you about your order. You stated that the item said new with tags and it arrived with scratches and fingerprints. The item is brand new. Its never been used. Theres no way you can touch the item and not leave finger prints. the items was purchased at a makeup show just the same way you received it. there was no packaging. Lastly the item is metal it can't break so the shipping envelopes I use are appropriate for that.

desshenanigans @beautifullyen Thanks for reaching out. The fingerprints have been cleaned & yes, it does appear unused. I wasn't disputing that. Is there a reason the scuffs/scrape weren't disclosed in the description? Your comment also failed to address them. Since you purchased it with no packaging- wouldn't the description "NWOT"rather than "NWT" have been more suitable? Clearly tags aren't making me enjoy it more & I suppose I could've asked but the "NWT"sold me.

desshenanigans @beautifullyen Given that there was no packaging, a padded envelope would've been a nice touch. Like I said it's just aesthetics, but I do value accuracy & transparency in descriptions. Take care.

beautifullyen @desshenanigans Honestly speaking I didn't know it had scratches. I havent touched the case since I purchased it until I decided to sell it. So if there are scratches on it, my apologies I wasn't aware of those. I also didn't see the NWOT option. The product is definitely new tho and the things that I sell that are not new, I make be very well known. I said that to say I definitely was not trying to give wrong information. I'm sorry that you were not happy with the packaging of your product.

I'm not a seller but if I were to sell something, personally, I would take a very careful look at it before writing a clear and thorough description. To be clear it isn't the packaging that matters, it's the description of item that makes all the difference. Thanks for the palette.
