Hi L, I am so sorry the dress had some stain marks? I definitely not noticed that as it’s brand new. Could they have been water stain mark? I steamed it to remove some wrinkles to take pictures of it on display so maybe the steamer caused some water mark stains? I apologize again for this and if you wish to return it for a refund, PM can maybe help us with that. Please let me know as I try my best for customers to be happy with their purchase. :)
