ravishdesigns Hi Michele, I owe you a big apology. I accidentally emailed you a Barbie said it was sent to me in error by another publisher and I was supposed to forward it on for her but I put the wrong mailing label on it. If I forward you the correct label in the email is there anyway I could have you on for me? I am putting your sweater in the mail today and will include a few sweet treats for you as well. Again, I apologize for the error. I miss read the label Saturday.

ravishdesigns @maguillard I just heard back from Poshmark via email. They said that since you did not go into comment when you got the wrong item and they have paid me now they can’t reverse it. They said to have you reach out to them.

ravishdesigns Just go in under your orders in the app or online and click on that particular order and click on con help and support. Tell them you received an incorrect item in the email back and then never got the sweater. Let me know if that works or not. Somehow I will make this right for you!
