nemb You can make an offer, seller can accept, counter or decline. Poshmark takes 20% of items $16 & above or $2.95 off items $15 & less. If an item is sold at $3.00, seller makes 5 cents. Many sellers, like myself, like to get offers that are reasonable. Also, look to see if price has been dropped, that means seller might not accept 'low' offers as they already 'put the item on sale'. Enjoy shopping.
