treasure_hunt14 @mimisurfs I know, that’s what I’m wondering too. I didn’t take them down and I’m not sure if Poshmark take them down, my items are all authentic and I can certify than I bought them from a well know retail store. I am kind of new here (selling) though I bought a bag from here from 2016. Thanks for the info, I will found out with Poshmark what is going on.

bpleased @treasure_hunt14 Do you know if I can take this to a Gucci showroom and exchange this? I will at least try. I just didn't realize how tight tne fit is. My bad for not asking what exactly fits into it. Because this is new and legit, there is no reason that it couldn't include at least a gift receipt.

treasure_hunt14 @bpleased it is brand new that’s why it is tight and snug. I had one and I can fit about 7 cards in it. It will stretch for sure coz it’s leather. You can always try to bring it to Gucci but I’m not sure if they will do it.

bpleased Can you post a snapshot of the receipt w/o showing your personal info. Wouldn't dare ask if I didn't pay you the FULL retail. There should be some guarantee b/c of that, even Gucci guarantees.

treasure_hunt14 @bpleased i got it in Europe, and I don’t have the receipt. Yes you pay full price but there is no problem with the item itself. I never had this kind of issues with my past customers before all my transactions went smooth and no hassle like this. Like I said you should asked questions before you purchase an item especially if you are not too familiar with an item especially buying it from online.

treasure_hunt14 @bpleased authenticity is not the issue on my item, you know that. You are demanding a proof of purchase or gift receipt because you like to exchange the item for a bigger size not to have my item check if they are authentic. Just so you know, Poshmark takes 20% off the posted price so I didn’t get the full amount. Yes next time ask questions before you make a purchase especially if you are not familiar with the item.
