lpsdesigns @jscavino it does not matter if you already rated it. You click order problems on the order details page. It will redirect you to an email form where you type in the issue. They'll email you after you submit it and you attach the photos in an email. They'll send you instructions.

lpsdesigns @jscavino if you own a Tervis tumbler the same size, try that top and see if it stays on. I use Tervis lids on my Lilly tumblers when I want to switch colors from the pink it comes with. If the Tervis doesn't stay on either, it's the acrylic cup that has an issue. The lids are $2-$4 in store, but for a full refund, but you'll still have to send me the cup and lid for Poshmark to refund.

lpsdesigns @jscavino as a business, I have to abide by poshmarks policies. I wish it were as simple as just sending it back, but just email Poshmark and explaining the issue. Will you email me photos so I can send to my Lilly distributer this info, for future issues. Maybe my distributer will send out another, but legally I can't promise that. Again, Poshmark puts the rules in place, and I have to go through them.

jscavino Things happen no problem. I will make try but they would allow me to do anything because past their 72 hour rule but I'll try again.m and will keep u posted. Actually I have loads of tervis. I thought hours was so kids are t an issue but I just would like some kind of refund. How can I send u pictures is their a way to link them. Sorry new to this whole thing

lpsdesigns @jscavino I completely understand and would want one too. But on Poshmark, users sign and agree to the terms & have to follow the 72 hour rule, which I don't fully agree with, but like you, I have to follow them as well. Just email the photos to lpsdesignsva@gmail.com but let me know what Poshmark says as well. I have to account for every $1 I make, so I can't just send a personal check. It has to be done through Poshmark. I'm very sorry
