loveandluon Hey just saw your message funds have already been released through Poshmark though, so it's out of my hands at this point. Poshmark gives 3 days to open a case before it releases the funds. I'm really sorry if you're unhappy with the condition, but that does tend to happen with black hoodies. I didn't feel it was faded though much at all since it wasn't super black when I bought it from Zumiez and would say the condition was accurately displayed in the photos imo.

loveandluon I'd recommend reaching out to Poshmark support and seeing if they're able to compensate you in someway from here. They may be able to issue you a credit. Definitely sorry if you feel that way though since that is not the sort of experience I want my buyers to have, but there isn't anything I can do at this point.
