pinkdiamonds74 @kiesha0290 hi I recently accepted an offer from a buyer and it said there was a payment issue.... does that mean the sales did not complete and the item is still up for sale? It is not showing in my list of sales.

kiesha0290 @larhondal hi! The buyer has up to 3 hours, and can cancel the order. I’m not sure if it’s stating payment issue though. I would contact support. If you can’t find it in FAQ you can email them. They respond fairly quickly. Let me know if this helps!
