bijouzoe This is @bijouzoe who sold you the Boots. I’m sorry if you think that the boots have been misrepresented. They were never worn outside. Tried on and worn in the house. Did not fit well. If you want to return them and get your money back I’d be happy to do that. You will need to contact PM and they will begin the process.
