artsycouture42 Hi. I did mail your tote and the shipping status said it was delivered. Please reconsider your one star until we get this sorted. If the Post Office screwed up, its not my fault. Or someone could have stolen the package.

They said you need to contact them directly about not receiving your package. I really hope you reconsider your one star rating. Once I send the package to the Post Office, it really is out of my hands.
