catherinekieran Hi Lacey, I am concerned as I just checked on my orders shipped and your order says; Pending Shipment Scanned. I will try and get to the bottom of this tomorrow at my post office. I hope they are open as we are on a stay at home advisory unless we need to go to store. Your horse looks very sweet. I see that you show. My daughter was raised with horses. She has shown all over. Hunter Jumper. Her last 2 yrs at College she made Nationals twice and both time came in 2nd. She has had a good run!

laceyhyde @catherinekieran I need to put up new pics! That is Pie a lesson horse who is the perfect older gentleman. I own a OTTB now. I am 28 and started riding a couple years ago (crazy at my age I know) but I love it. Doing hunter jumper as well. Just let me know what you find out. I have a silver and gold ring that got a jumper on it and my horses race number engraved on inside). The bracelet will be perfect with it. It’s a designs by Loriece. She does nice things

catherinekieran Hi Lacey, good for you riding , you look so confident on your horse !! I still have a healthy fear of horses. Totally respect them , so gentle yet so powerful...... I just opened up an inquiry with poshmark as this has been scanned but is pending. My post office is closed. Sorry for any inconvenience. I don’t understand as I shipped several packages that day and this is the only one that is pending shipment. Will keep in touch with you.

catherinekieran @laceyhyde Hi Lacy Good Morning , I have notified Poshmark on this order twice, I still cannot track it down. I am not sure what you would like to do. Did Poshmark take money from your acct. If so, perhaps you want to cancel the order ?i just want to put it out there as an option. My post office received the order and it keeps showing as pending scan. I don’t know how this happens Really sorry, let me know what you would like to do

laceyhyde @catherinekieran oh goodness. Yes on my end it says awaiting shipment scan. I want the bracelet for sure. I don’t think the money has been taken out. My banking app is not working the morning when I checked. I guess keep trying to get ahold of poshmark ppl. So is your post office closed because of the virus?

catherinekieran @laceyhyde Hi Lacey, I have been told that the package is in Brockton Mass and continues to say : pending scan I cannot get any firm answer as to why, how come etc..... I have contacted Poshmark on a couple of occasions. They asked me to update on April 1st. Which I will do tomorrow Hope your staying safe and sound ❤️❤️

catherinekieran @laceyhyde Hi Lacey, mail is shipping, the package continues to say pending scan and that’s what I don’t understand. Brockton post office how it ended up there I don’t even know. That’s about 50 miles from me, so it left my post office!! I am sorry your not receiving your order and that I could be out the loss of the bracelet. My 2nd package out in limbo Sorry about this

catherinekieran @laceyhyde yes I agree. Nobody has been able to find it. Has your money been returned ? I don’t see that they have taken any money Out, please let me know if there has been any Money charged from your account I am extremely disappointed and not very happy That not only were you unable to receive the bracelet That it has been lost and nobody can seem to find it. It keeps showing pending shipment however it’s not at the post office where I sent it from I am as frustrated as you are.

I have not only been to my local post office 3x which it shows it shipped to Brockton, I have been to Brockton and shows; Pending Shipment however nobody can find this order. I have filed a complaint not that it will make it “appear”. From what I can see Poshmark hasn’t charged you is that correct ? Again, I apologize as I know your disappointed. I have filed the insurance claim

catherinekieran Lacey, it’s Cathy. Guess what I received on Saturday? Yup, the famous lost bracelet. It has come back from the post office as; Undeliverable. The scan code was covered over with tape that had kinked! Why I didn’t receive earlier, the post office told me to go in line and put a formal complaint in. Whatever at this point I thought I would let you know first before posting if you still want I can send out tomorrow because of holiday. I have to generate a label from Poshmark as well.
