thriftyinva @ibgr8ful1 They should be contacting you ASAP. I have already contacted them and am waiting to hear back. What will (most likely) happen is they will send you and the other person a shipping label, you'll pop it on the box and drop it in the mailbox/at the side door, and USPS will pick it up for free. Once again, I am SO sorry, this has never happened before and I feel so bad! I cannot express how badly I feel.
