kairiisme112233 @ilovegoodbuys I am SO SORRY about the delay with shipping. I had dropped it off with USPS days ago, but for some reason USPS hasn't scanned the tracking label. I know there are national delays with shipping and I wish there was more I could do to help you! I'm truly so sorry about missing your niece's birthday. That is definitely frustrating. .

kairiisme112233 @ilovegoodbuys Once you recieve the item, there should be something on Poshmark about returning the item to the seller for a refund. Let me see if I can do some research on the process for you.

kairiisme112233 @ilovegoodbuys I did some research. It looks like you can submit a return claim to Poshmark (not me) once you have the item. Then Poshmark will work with both of us to have the return process go smoothly. I did read that they have some criteria for what constitutes something being "eligible" for returns. I didnt see delayed shipping as an option, but hopefully we can work something out with Poshmark once you've received the purse. I definitely want to be as helpful as possible!

kairiisme112233 @ilovegoodbuys Oh okay! Good deal! I'm not sure what was happening with the postal service on my end. I dropped it off with them on Wednesday, and the shipping label was never scanned in! In fact, its STILL showing as "pending shipment scan" on my end! Absolutely crazy! Hopefully you will recieve the item soon and we can get the return process going. I'll try to give USPS a call today as well, and see whats going on there. Again, I'm incredibly sorry for the trouble.

kairiisme112233 @ilovegoodbuys Okay, so I called USPS. They said they "found" the package in the wrong pile and scanned the shipment label while I was talking with them. So it should OFFICIALLY be on its way now. It's showing the scanned shipping label on my end now.

kairiisme112233 @myactilabs Hey there! Yes, everything is fine! I wont fib to you, I completely forgot about the order. Poshmark messaged me a reminder yesterday, which I am so grateful for! So it was dropped off at the post office yesterday around 4pm. Tracking just hasn't updated yet. I'm hopeful they will have it updated and it will begin tracking today. Truly, I'm so sorry for the delay! You have been so patient! It was completely my fault that it took so long to get to the post office!
