oohlalacheri @kylawren Hi! Well, the coat was listed as NWT. The tags (on the inside of the coat) were still attached. However, the coat had clearly been worn. There was pilling on the sweater portion of the sleeves, (which only comes from wear). That is the reason for the 4 star rating. I chose not to leave that information in the comment (love notes) section because, I did not want to deter any of your potential buyers.

Would you like to see if we can do a refund? I want you to be happy. I have 185 sales and have never received less than a 5 star review. It’s important to me that you are happy.

oohlalacheri @kylawren Hello again. I wish there was a way for me to get a good picture but...the coat has definitely been worn. It was actually the very first thing that I noticed when I opened the package. Because I'd purchased the coat as a gift, I'd considered reaching out to PM to file a dispute. I guess, If you're willing and able to do a refund, I can definitely change my rating. Again, in no way would I want this one incident to effect your future sales in anyway.

kylawren @oohlalacheri I reached out to Poshmark to request a refund and unfortunately they said once funds are released, the sale cannot be refunded. Feel free to follow up with Poshmark, but I think it’s because the item was accepted. However, I am very sorry that the coat did not meet your expectations. I’m trying to think of what else I can do. Any ideas?? It’s not ideal but you could reposh it. It was getting a good amount of interest.

sarazancan @oohlalacheri yes! 100% authentic. Had a few drinks and purchased one gucci hat in the Naples FL boutique... then didnt love. So exchanged for this hat next day... still didnt love🤦🏻‍♀️ will post pic of receipt too... but thats why there is an "exchange charge"
