polaris721 Hi. I’m truly sorry you weren’t 100% happy with the Tommy Hilfiger purse. The purse didn’t come with a clasp to close it, that’s just the style. I thought my pictures captured all aspects of the purse but will make an effort to describe that sort of detail also in the future.

notaclue53 Ladi, I received the drawstring bag and while the style is perfect, I asked you if it was leather and you told me it was. Unfortunately the tag inside states specifically the it is 100% Polyurethane! Not what I wanted or expected. How should we handle this?

paulswartfager I hAve to apologize how long the Clark's are taking to ship out. I have too much stuff in my house. One minute I have one of them then I have both then I have none. I think bc I put them somewhere 'safe" where I would remember. But I don't. I am going to do my very best to see to it that they ship by tomorrow
