Hi Ladonna, I just wanted to let you know I put dropped the sunglass package in the mailbox at my local USPS on Sunday but I’m still not seeing that it has started tracking. I alerted Poshmark and will inquire tomorrow at USPS to see if I can get an updated status. Sorry for any inconvenience, hopefully it’ll get sorted out soon. Jackie

@ladonnakay7 Hi again, I went to my local USPS (St. Marys, GA) and they said that the regional PO (Jacksonville, FL) handles the parcels dropped in the mailbox. They show that it left their office (not sure how they can see that if it hasn’t been scanned in). I’ve alerted Poshmark and they said to let them know if it still hasn’t arrived by 18 February. I’m really hoping it’s on the way and will be scanned in at your mailbox. I’ll send updates as I receive them.

Okay so it looks like the sunglasses went to another buyer by mistake. I’m thinking I must’ve printed off the same label twice but am working to confirm with the other buyer. I’ve never done this before so it may take me a day or so to resolve. Would you like me to work on refund for you? Again, I am really sorry... I can’t believe I did that.
