ladonna_english @thimble88 I am sorry that this has happened, but tracking has not changed in several days, and has made absolutely no sense from the beginning, which was Dec. 18. It seems to me that it is lost and unless tracking changes within a couple days, I would like a refund.

thimble88 @ladonna_english Hi, since the order was made on 12/18 and was shipped on the next business day (12/21), we will open a case with USPS and provide you an update upon response. USPS has experienced an unprecedented amount of high shipments during the Christmas holiday this year due to COVID and we hope you can understand. We will follow up shortly.
