Hi! I’m the lady you bought the heart necklace from...I can’t sell to someone unless Poshmark notifies me it’s been sold...They handle all of that....send me a notice and a shipping label, and this had your name and address on label. Maybe you accidentally hit purchase?? If it was an accidental purchase I do accept returns through Poshmark. I only want my customers happy 😊.....
