I was shipping multiple packages at the time and accidentally mixed your package with another buyer. She messaged me saying she received your shorts and the package that will be delivered to your home will have her boots.

smstoll94 I have contacted Poshmark and they are aware of the issue. When you receive the boots if you could just mark that you received the wrong package, poshmark will send you a free return label and once I see that the boots are on the way I can send you your shorts! I am so sorry for the inconvenience and even double checked before I taped your package. All I can think of is that my printer printed the labels in the wrong order which threw me off. Please let me know if you have any questions.

da1ladyjay @jacketee basically what you have to do is go to the acceptance of order area and state that there was a problem, and then mark that you received the wrong item. They will then email you a shipping label that will address directly to me or possibly even the seller and they will send it to me. But I'm not exactly sure which address the address label goes to.

da1ladyjay @jacketee Finelli not. You have no reason to pay for the shipping. It's not your responsibility. If you click your tie-dye item, you'll see an area that says excepting item, and below that problems, click the problems area. Then go into there and press the button that says receive wrong item. At that point posh Mark will issue you a label to ship the item out either back to the seller or directly to me I'm not sure.

da1ladyjay @jacketee OK, I just pulled up the email that was sent to me by Poshmark that had the label attached, and it went to New Jersey. I shipped it out yesterday. So you should get it any day now. Now posh Mark should be sending you a label based on you going to the problems area, of that specific item, and stating that you received the wrong item. They should send you a shipping label within a day or two

da1ladyjay @jacketee yeah, just go to the item under your area that says purchases. Click the item. At the bottom you can see problems. Click that, and then click item not as described. Then it will offer you an option that states he received the wrong item. Click that and go from there
