kcufpmurt Why did Poshmark close my case? I have no jeans and I’m out $50! I have no tracking number, so don’t even know if the other person is sending me my item! This is really not right. Please ask Poshmark or the other buyer for the tracking number.

bluehavana @kcufpmurt Star... take a breath. You are absolutely not out your 50 dollars. You will get your money back. PM just takes a couple of days to get things sorted. No one is trying to take anything away from you. Please understand that this isn't done instantly. As soon as the item you sent back is received you will receive your refund. That is PM's procedure. pattysparlor @bluehavana Hi Laidey, Unfortunately, as I was preparing to wrap the dress I noticed several dirt smudges on the white part of the dress, that I had missed when I initially listed the dress. My preferrence would be to cancel the order, let me take the listing off, I will wash the dress and relist it as new never worn for $25. provided the dirt smudges come out. I would give you the opportunity to purchase the dress first if that works for you? I apologize for any inconvenience 💙

pattysparlor @bluehavana Hi Laidy. I apologize for the long delay getting back to you on the color block Ralph Lauren dress. The dirt mark came out in the wash so the dress is back up for sale, at a deep discount no longer new with tags. Just wanted to let you know. Happy holidays ⛄
