jillianka I received the jacket back today (I happened to be off since I just returned from Poshfest.. Luckily, since it's raining here), once it allows me to release your funds, I will. It has to show as delivered first. I find it interesting that you thought it was appropriate to keep the free gift though. A word of advice on Posh etiquette, if you return an item, you should be returning everything that came in the box. Good luck with all your future purchases and have a great day.

I buy tons of items from great people on this site and lowballing is not my style I offer at a starting point which then goes up of course. Her free gift was some cheap perfume she got as a freebie somewhere. I threw it away before discovering the jacket I paid 150 dollars for was damaged. If trashing people is how you run a business you may want to think again

bluebirds277 @lailaallamadani we have contacted post office they said it never started tracking. I used a poshmark label, they are the ones that put tracking on it. You’ll have to file a complaint with Poshmark to get them to release funds. This has never happened before. Believe me, I’m just as upset as you are. This was a very expensive coat, as you know. I want to get to the bottom of it as much as you do.
