Hello sweetheart you asked me how to put an item on hold. The answer is easy just go to the listing and hit the edit icon. You can change the title and add the word HOLD in it. You can also scroll down and see where it reads for sale there should be an icon that reads not for sale, tap that icon. After editing the listing tap done and it will not be able to be purchased

You don’t need to put HOLD in the title but it assures the buyer that you still have the item and have them contact you or you contact them after the hold time that was agreed is up. You will have to go back and edit the listing to for sale again so they can purchase
